1. Use a thick enough needle and nylon thread for sewing on a patch.
2. If using a sewing machine, ensure the arm has an adequate opening for the garment to pass through as the garment will be rotated all around on the sewing table.
3. To prevent the patch from moving during sewing, use double – sided tape or 3M 78 spray – on glue. Gently spray glue on the patch back, place it as desired, apply some pressure, and let it stand for a minute to adhere before sewing.
4. Sew around the entire patch’s circumference (with quarter – inch wide stitches). Be sure to sew past the starting point before cutting off the remaining thread.
